FROM THE TERRACE

Ahoy! Pamela checking in to pose a question or maybe an observation. How important is a terrace on your cruise? Do you spend enough time in your stateroom to justify the extra expense? Do short cruises vs. long cruises have an impact for your desire for the extra space a terrace provides? Is an enclosed stateroom your preference? These are the questions I am curious about today!

  1. Well since you and Gaz SPOILED us last time with a terrace, I'll never be able to cruise without a terrace! I think that terraces are a must have if going on a long cruise. There is nothing like being able to wake up and have breakfast in your room on your own balcony over looking the awe inspiring vastness of the ocean. You don't have to deal with children yelling and playing or trying to grab an available chair on the public decks.

A cruiser probably could do without on a shorter cruise as more time may be spent craming in other activities. There's my two cents.
