TOP 10 DESIGNER HOTELS

The latest "Top 10" from TripAdvisor is all about hotels. Specifically, "extraordinarily designed hotels." Among the ones that made the list: The Venetian in Las Vegas, 40 Winks in London, Berlin's modernistic nHow and the more traditional Saint James Paris in France.
