'REFLECTION' HOSTING FOOD FESTIVAL EVENT

"A Taste of Modern luxury" is coming to the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Hosted on Celebrity Reflection at the Port of Miami, it features six unique venues, where small plates from Celebrity’s onboard specialty restaurants will be paired with cocktails. One pairing will be a gin, ginger elderflower and rosemary cocktail called “Gentle Reflection” and a Muscovy duck breast with almond-crusted French toast and raisin-apple compote. The date is Saturday, Feb. 23, 11 am to 3 pm. Pre-registration is required, and tickets are $85. More details are available at www.sobefest.com/celebritycruises.
