OASIS OF THE SEAS: GALLEY TOUR

There are so many things that seem like "Mission: Impossible" when you think about the daunting task of hosting almost 9,000 people a week on a cruise ship. Not least of which is feeding those people 24/7. But that's the job Executive Chef Thomas takes on every day on Oasis of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship. Working with a staff of hundreds, the German-born, 14-year veteran of Royal Caribbean ships personally oversees every dining venue aboard, which means lots and lots of walking. After taking the tour of his galleys, our hat's off to you, Chef Thomas!
