CELEBRITY SHIPS SETTING FOR 'TOP CHEF'

Tune in to Bravo's "Top Chef" this Wednesday, Jan. 30, and you might recognize the setting. It was filmed on Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Infinity while sailing in Alaska. The show airs at 10 pm Eastern. Contestants were challenged to prepare dishes for the passengers, with three Top Chef judges there to review the results.

Also this week, Celebrity is hosting a pop-up restaurant in Manhattan at The Kitchen NYC. Celebrity chef John Suley will serve items from a three-course menu that "includes several on board favorites as well as dishes inspired by the culinary flavors of Manhattan." Master Mixologist Junior Merino, aka “The Liquid Chef,” will serve drinks from his ship-board concept, The Molecular Bar. Tickets to all other lunches and dinners at Celebrity’s Manhattan pop-up restaurant are available at www.celebritycruisespopupnyc.eventbrite.com. Proceeds from ticket sales go to the Celebrity Cruises Scholarship at The Culinary Institute of America. -- Gerry
