FRIDAY DIVERSION: HORSE SHOWMANSHIP

Right down the road from Palm Beach is the Village of Wellington, considered by those who know the equestrian capital of the world. Now through March it's "showtime" as horses and their riders compete in jumping, dressage and polo. I had occasion to visit the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center and see these magnificent animals in action for a jumping competition. It's like poetry in motion. Here's a few snaps:
