DINING: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PRESENTATION

When it comes to dining, the food you enjoy in those elegant cruise ship restaurants is only half the story. What's the other half? The presentation, of course. Who doesn't love a fanciful and creative plating, be it a vertical dance of shredded veggies or those delicate sauce patterns in the desserts?
