A PHOTO TOUR OF THE 'GRANDEUR'

As noted earlier, we got an up-close and personal look at the revitalized Grandeur of the Seas last week. We wanted to share a tour of the ship in photos. Ready? let's roll--

Grandeur has been fitted
with new appointments throughout.

The main dining room is
 called the Great Gatsby.
It has capacity to accommodate
 1,039 guests and includes
the Chef's Table, a private dining experience for
up to 12 people.

The remains of the giant champagne bottle used to christen
Grandeur when she launched in December, 1996.

The multi-level Palladium Theater, which seats 870

Impressive art is found throughout the ship and
staterooms. This sculpture of a reclining man
is sure to be a conversation starter.

One of the ship's new features is a large LED
screen adjacent to the pool area. It
 provides outdoor theater under the
 stars for movie screenings.

Izumi, featuring Asian cuisine, is one of three
specialty restaurants aboard Grandeur
You'll also find a Chops Grille steakhouse
and Giovanni's Table, for genuine Italian.

Up top, the Viking Crown Lounge provides
360-degree views, along with great music,
mood lighting and the drink of your choice.

The aerial shows in the Centrum, the ship's
atrium and centerpiece, steal the
spotlight as delighted guests look on in
amazement at their artistry. It's a dazzling display
of light and movement and in this case,
artificial snow, shimmering down from up above.
