TripAdvisor recently named their 2012 Travelers’ Choice Destinations on the Rise awards, representing the places "that have seen the greatest increase in positive traveler feedback and traveler interest, year-over-year." South America captured three out of the top four spots, with Mar del Plata, Argentina, coming in at number one. They note, "Argentina's top beach resort town, Mar del Plata boasts 10 miles of sandy beaches." We think that's all the excuse we need to bring out Fred and Ginger in "Flying Down to Rio."
